There are local potato seed growers in the area, perhaps that would be easist and local.  Doug and Mary Lewis in North Powder, use to raise seed stock,  they are ORA members, and I think its under Agristar.  I'm not home or by a phone book.  The extension agent probably knows who is doing what.  Maxine
