Greetings loooooong lost GOOD BEER Fans!

As you may have noticed, this newsletter list has been all but abandoned, mostly in favor of all that hi-falutin Social Media nonsense.  But sometimes, a more direct approach is called for - and what could be more direct than a message from us, sent on a distribution list that hasn't been used for 2 and a half years?

The reason I've called you all here is that we're doing our Reverse Keg Ride on Saturday, November 2nd, and I'd like to see if you can join us for it.  It's a special event this year, not only because it's a costume bike ride, or because it's coming back to the brewery where we'll tap the season's first kegs of our SnowMelt Winter Ale.  It's because it's a charity fundraising event for a guy who has walked the walk of sustainability for DECADES in this town, and has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma.  And he could really use our help.

How can you help?  Sign up, put on a silly costume if you can manage (or just laugh at the rest of us fools in ours), ride you bike about 6 miles, and then drink a beer with us to mark the passing of one beer-season to the next.  How hard can that be?  Harder than keeping a monthly newsletter going apparently... but that's neither here nor there.

A HUGE thanks to so many of you who have replied, unable to make the ride, but looking to make an outright donation to the cause.  That's fantastic!
