Hey GOOD BEER Fans,
We're still a week or two away from a full-blown newsletter, but a
couple of things have popped up that I think you, should know about.
So here they are:

SPRING CLEANING:
We've come to the end of Pittsburgh's snowy season with a decent
amount of Snow Melt Winter Ale in stock, and we need to clear it out
to make way for some new beers. So starting 2 weeks ago, and lasting
until it's all gone, we're running Snow Melt Growler Fills at just 8
bucks each (as compared to 13 per fill when there is actually snow to
melt outside.) The beer is still fresh and tasty, and still nice and
melty at 7% abv, but for some reason, bars really aren't interested in
running a Winter Beer when it's 65F and sunny. Their loss, your
gain! As soon as it kicks, we'll tap Monkey Girl Dunkelweizen,
completing the Wheatfest Four-Pack, officially saying goodbye to
Winter.

KEG RIDE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!
At last, we're ready to get you pre-registered for this year's Pedal
Pale Ale Keg Ride. As you will see on the registration page, we're
asking for a 10 dollar donation this year, that we'll split between
our two charities: Bike-Pgh, and In-Stride. (With zero admin costs,
I'm happy to report!) Signing up on line will help make Ride-Day
check-in a breeze, so in addition to skipping the big line, it's also
5 bucks cheaper than registering on Ride-Day. Plus, it will REALLY
HELP US to know in advance how many people are going to come help
deliver beer on May 14th. So if you're planning to come, sign up,
okay?

Once registered, you just need to show up at the brewery, sign-in,
collect your Beer Voucher, and be ready to ride for the year's first
glass of Pedal Pale Ale!

Here's the Keg Ride Event Page, where you'll find the registration
link about half way down: http://www.eastendbrewing.com/node/830

Lastly, I'd ask to that you please forward this message to any and all
people that you think might be interested in going on this ride. The
more riders we have, the more fun it will be, the more beer we have to
pull, and the more money we raise for our two charities.

See you on the 14th - if not sooner for the discounted Snow Melt!

Cheers,
Scott
