It's time for Chanukah!

Hi Minyan --

Come celebrate Chanukah with EB Minyan! Aaron and Maria are hosting a first night candlelighting, and Arabella welcomes us to a second night party. Homemade latkes ... yum! (If you'd like to host our crew for a candle-lighting at your place, just let us know.) Details:

Where:  EB Minyan homes in Berkeley and Oakland (see below)
Come enjoy the community we’ve built over the past five-and-a-half years with candle-lightings and a party! We'll light a chanukiyot (feel free to bring your own), nosh, schmooze, etc. Please RSVP to each individual host for their address! The schedule is:

Tue, 12/16, 7-9pm at Aaron and Maria's (Oakland). If you've never shared their Chanukah tradition of Aebleskiver (Scandinavian round pancakes), this your chance to say an extra Shehechiaynu! Feel free to bring your menorah and any food/beverages you wish to share. Please RSVP to aa...@eastbayminyan.org for location. (Note: they have cats).

Wed, 12/17, 6:30 at Arabella's, 1019 Channing Way in Berkeley. She'll provide some fried deliciousness and other kosher treats. Additional kosher nosh and beverages to share, dreidels, and menorahs/candles all welcome! If you have questions or want to help out, email arab...@eastbayminyan.org.
