Hi Minyan --

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer! To get back in the swing of things as vacation comes to an end, join EB Minyan next Friday, July 25, for davening and Shabbat dinner and/or August 1-3 for our camping trip. (Due to the camping trip, we will not hold our regular Berkeley davening on August 1.) There are just eight spots left for camping, so sign up now if you plan to join us! Details:

Kabbalat Shabbat and Community Potluck in Berkeley (more)
When: Friday, July 25, 7pm
Where: Finnish Hall, 1970 Chestnut Street, Berkeley
Services begin promptly at 7pm, and dinner follows! Come early for a L'chayim at 6:45--whiskey or juice provided! (We'd love your help for setup too.) Please bring vegetarian a dish to share … bonus points if can let us know in advance what you’re bringing. B'tei avon!

Shabbat Camping (more)
When: Evening of Friday, August 1 until the afternoon of Sunday, August 3.
Where: Butte Lake Campground in Lassen Volcanic National Park (about four hours away).
Cost: $100 per adult, $30 per child 4-12 years old, free for children 0-3.
