Information regarding 2018 annual renewal

Hi Everyone,

Although our annual membership is due only in March, below are some options for you to choose:

There's a new Badminton facility coming up in Livermore, they're expected to open sometime mid-Jan. Currently they're offering a promotional rate of $450/yr . Here's their website - https://usbadmintonacademy.com/ 

If that location is going to work out for you let me know and I'll find the right contact information.

There's another group at Bintang who's membership is coming up for renewal soon and they tried using the new gym as leverage for their negotiation, they didn't get any rate reduction but was offered the same cash price as last year ($550) plus an extra month. If that's something you'd be interested in please sign up HERE.

We haven't started any discussion with Bintang regarding our renewal yet, but there's a good possibility that the annual membership rate might go up by $25.

Thanks Prasanna for passing the info.

The new gym offer 450$/year, you can purchase for one only but you can start anytime even one year later. After the gym is open, regular price is 550$/13 months

If you have put your name on the "Bintang Annual Membership 2017-2018 sign up sheet" badminton membership renewal, please see the instructions below:

Payment will need to be in cash.  The renewals must all be done through Brian (Bintang manager) only.

You will need to fill out a membership application form, obtain from Brian, with your information; and the desired gyms locations (Dublin $550/13 or All South Bay $600/13 or All $650/13). Please remember to bring your membership card.

Membership start date can be deferred but members will need to join/pay now in order to take advantage of the offer. Please make sure you note your start date on your application form.

For new members, new membership initiation fee is waived, but there is a charge of $10 for the ID card deposit.

Brian will be able to do Sunday 3-5pm instead of the mornings. Please let everyone know. Thanks!

Otherwise, Phu may be there around 9:30pm on Sunday to fix some more lights.

So to summarize, here are the times for renewal :

Sat 11/18 10am-1pm

Sun 11/19 3-5pm

Sun 11/19 around 9:30pm

He will be there til 5pm today.

it appears many of the EBBC members do not know that membership renewal was to be done today. I renewed mine today. Bryan said that he will be able to schedule another date and time for members who missed today's deadline. Can you please coordinate with Bryan and schedule another date.

Just to confirm, this is not EBBC's renewal. We're up for it in March and as of now we're not sure if we're going to get the same deal as this group. 

This was posted for those who didn't want to take a chance and wait until March.
