SUBJECT: Meeting Notice
The regular quarterly meeting of the
East Tennessee Regional Council of Fire Chiefs
will be held on
Tuesday, April 20th, 2021
6:00 PM
City of Loudon Fire Department
100 Cedar Street
Loudon, TN 37774
A supper will be served at 6:00 PM, the meal will be boxed and prepared before the meeting. The meal will be sponsored by MES and Pierce. Following supper and the business meeting, a program will be provided. There is immediate business needing the attention of our council as our Secretary/Treasurer Mr. Terry Bobrowski retired March 1, 2021 We will be recognizing/honoring him at this meeting.
The following COVID protocols will be observed:
· Masks are encouraged except when eating.
· Hand sanitizer will be available in multiple locations.
· The meeting room will be set up to maximize social distancing.
Voluntary annual dues are $10.00. Departments may pay their dues at the meeting.
Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic restrictions, this meeting may be cancelled or re-scheduled.
