Regarding the truck and bus traffic on Preston- Ray Mik ran a one man crusade against it several years ago. He was successful in getting the city to put up signs restricting trucks on Preston. But the state came along and said it was illegal to stop them and the city had to take down the signs. Check with Ray to see if he feels any more can be done.
