Reminder - Vote tonight!

Please - if you care about the future character of our neighborhood,
we need you to attend tonight's Economic Development Committee meeting
at 6pm in City Hall. Unless we pack the room, I fear we will not have
sent a strong enough message regarding our concerns, and this vote
will sail through.

I noticed what looked to be traffic-counting strips on Preston Ave
this past week, so my cynical brain thinks there is a development deal
just awaiting this zone change to pass.

IF this passes tonight, the City Council will vote for final passage
by the end of the month... and then that's it. If you have been
wondering when to step up, now is the time. Tonight, there is no
pressure to speak, we just need your presence.
