Things to consider:
1 - assign a support person to each family
2 - prepare technical Q and A re IFR operations at PAO
3 - have insurance expert assist with claims
4 - carefully refute charges being made on PA Weekly Online Forum
5 - set up a support fund
6 - provide loaner vehicles to the families who lost their vehicles
7 - provide interim housing
8 - help in clean up
9 - help in rebuilding
