donation question

Hey guys,

Corsair can't provide any alcohol for us but did offer a tour/tasting package for 8 people to use as a silent auction item if we were interested. We hadn't discussed a silent auction but I wanted to check with everyone before I decline it.

It seems that it might be difficult to structure a silent auction for this event, but what about getting it and saving it for a silent auction (even an online one) for after the first of the year? that way we can spend time planning it and gathering donations for it. Dan Mills does a silent auction and has great success with it.
