thief running around East Hill

I just wanted you to know there’s a thief running around our neighborhood. I’ve heard from 2 different friends about a burglar on a bicycle. Black male. One incident was on Mallory & 20th St, the other the 1400 block of Mallory. Both times he went for expensive equipment in garages. Beware. Lock your doors & don’t leave valuables out. He’s not yet been caught. Please share this news with the rest of our neighbors. Maureen
