Thank you for the update!

Can we please address the narrow sidewalk ramps & hazards installed alongside the sidewalk or in the pedestrian access route?

As long as a building isn't in the way, why aren't we installing 8ft wide sidewalk & corresponding ramps along Colfax?

I've seen a number of new ramps installed that are too narrow or with signal posts installed in their path. We're also installing raised planters along the sidewalk that create tripping & pedal strike hazards.

Can we please stop doing this & correct the installations that have been completed?

Adams & Garfield are two examples worth reviewing. Another might be on the way at Williams.

Remember that people may legally ride on sidewalks to their destination, plus many will still ride on the sidewalks illegally. We need to limit the hazards as much as possible, while also creating the most amount of space as possible.

The redevelopments along Colfax from Downing to Marion & Milwaukee to Saint Paul are two excellent examples of what we SHOULD be doing everywhere.

What is being required of developers that isn't being required for the BRT project?
