1620 CO Blvd: Retaining wall encroaching upon the public right of way

Hello, 

A couple units or the building at 1620 CO Boulevard is for sale.

However, it's clear that the retaining wall was installed encroaching upon the public right of way. 

Please have the property owner, or owners locate the front property line and relocate the retaining wall  out of the right of way.

I've attempted to CC the listing agents so that they're aware & can communicate this request to the property owner.
