Good Morning,
The Center for Leadership in Disability (CLD) has been working with stakeholders to develop an Autism Plan for Georgia over the past 18 months. This project is supported by a grant from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCH). You can view the structure of the latest version of the plan at www.ga-autismplan.com.
We are asking for your help in rating the importance of the recommendations that have been proposed as next steps for the plan. Please let us know what you think about these recommendations by completing the survey located on the website (www.ga-autismplan.com).
We hope to hear from parents and family members, individuals with autism, professionals, providers, and policy makers.
I apologize in advance for any duplications of this email. We are asking many different groups to forward our request to their contacts. We want as much feedback as possible and we are hoping that through all of our contacts we will be better able to reach a diverse group of individuals throughout the state. We are especially interested in receiving additional feedback from families of racially, ethnically, and culturally diverse backgrounds, as well as families who reside in more rural areas of the state.
We thank you in advance for forwarding the survey to your contacts who share an interest in supporting individuals with autism and their families.
With much
appreciation from the CLD Georgia Plan for Autism project team:
