Anybody heard of this resource? "Aspergers Experts"

Hey everybody,

 

My aspergers kid is 14 now and a freshman at Walton.  We have never really discussed his "label" with him, but I have to think at some point it would actually be good to discuss this with him...so as he matures..he can be aware of his issues and how to tackle them (social situations, anxiety, etc).  I think he is required to sit through his entire IEP Meeting this year as well.  Anybody have any thoughts/experience with discussing the actual condition with your child?

 

 

Also, have recently found this site for Apergers people by Aspergers people.  The few videos and articles I have read seem very helpful.  Anybody else have an opinion about this resource?
