Progress Reports for Students with IEP's

1855 Piedmont RD.
Marietta, Georgia 30066

Remember that the law requires that students with IEP's,get progress reports sent home at least as frequently as general education report cards. If this is not happening, change your Progress Reporting period in your IEP. Some IEP's list this "Progress on goals and objectives will be sent home with report cards at the end of the semester". Please have it changed to, "Progress on goals and objectives will be sent home with report cards EVERY six weeks". The concern is that parents need to know how much progress is being made at every report card.  Please note there may be times when the goals/objectives need to be changed and updated before an annual IEP. You can always call for a meeting in order to do so.
