Hello East Coast Mediate Your Life/NVC Mediation Community,
As some of you already know, I am starting up the program again in the Boston area with Shivani Gail Carroll and Paul Merrill. I am SUPER excited about this! I have many wonderful associations with Boston and with the trainings we did at the different retreat centers in MA before heading down to New Haven, CT.
Starting a few years ago, Ike and I decided it was no longer financially doable for us to do the intensives together, and last year Ike decided to not continue himself doing the East Coast program. I then asked Shivani and Paul if they wanted to start it up again in the Boston area, and they enthusiastically said yes. The first intensive is
October 26-29, 2017 in Watertown, MA (Boston area).
I have been continuing to evolve the immersion program in ways that I’m feeling very excited about, particularly around deepening the integration of mindfulness. Also, over the past few years I’ve been bringing the essence of our approach into organizations. In organizations, I have been developing a 3Chairs Process for Difficult Conversations. I’ve been finding this process to be very valuable to people, especially in my own life. This year I have been integrating this process into the immersion programs in Berkeley and Nashville as a central core to the training, and it seems to be producing powerful experiences and results in terms of bringing greater ease and integration, and also greater depth, usability, and applicability of the training in one's life.
I hope you will come this year to see what’s new and be part of the learning, support, and community again that has not changed. Some of you have already registered, so I think it will be a wonderful and fun reunion! I would love to see you again. Space is limited to around 35. So, if this calls to you, don’t wait too long to sign up!
Please also help us spread the word and let others know about this!
Let me, Paul or Shivani know if you have any questions or want to discuss anything.

I hope to see you this year!
