Hello,

Same issue with the mulch as with the gravel, and Porta potties in Cheesman Park.




Please communicate this issue with Jolon Clark and then please ask him to direct his staff to refrain from doing this going forward. 

This is unnecessary and there are plenty of other options to dump materials and place porta potties that are not directly in designated bike routes.
