Hello,

There are constantly vehicles illegally parked at the corner of 16th at Williams that I have repeatedly reported to right-of-way enforcement during business hours, but given that it's currently the weekend, I can't do that.

Requesting something to be placed. The space that is considered the tree lawn and at the corner prior to the stop sign preventing vehicles from being parked illegally in these locations.

Maybe in the street we can put some flex posts to create a curb extension and perhaps in the tree lawn space we can put some bike racks, or a lime bike scooter drop off location.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Respectfully,

Hello again,

Two vehicles are illegally parked on Williams at 16th.

When can we expect to get something installed to prevent this from happening?

I'm going to submit a separate report to right-of-way enforcement, but we need to prevent this from happening in the first place. This is a safety issue as it obstructs the corner sight triangle at a crosswalk that is also an intersection with a bike route connecting to a local high school.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,

Hello again,

The site triangle obstructions by illegally parked vehicles at the corner of Williams and 16th is ongoing and nearly got my dogs and I hit by a vehicle because the driver couldn't see us.

Requesting the following...
No parking sign just North of the drive entrance to the business.
Something up in the tree lawn area to prevent the business from parking vehicles on the asphalt between the curb and sidewalk.
Something installed along the curb prior to the stop sign like a few flex posts.

In the meantime, request right of way enforcement to swing by periodically and issue citations for illegally parked vehicles.

Thank you in advance for addressing this ongoing issue.

Hello again,

The cases reporting the illegal parking were closed with the comment, "Time exceeded."

What does that even mean?

Again, this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed at this intersection as well as others, especially at intersections with bike routes.

Thank you in advance for addressing this ongoing issue.

Respectfully,
