It does look like Council District 10 overlaps a small portion of the South Central Denver Planning area. south-cent...@googlegroups.com
Please include those email addresses when emailing information out to RNOs in those Neighborhood Planning Areas.
Unfortunately, many RNOs don't seem to communicate with the community beyond their memberships, so these groups were created to help bridge that gap.

PS: What is the best email address for the District 10 Council Office that will get a response?
