Hello,

Please see the 311 case below. 

I reported a snow snow and ice-covered sidewalk on 3/7/2026.

It wasn't evaluated by an inspector until several days later on 3/11/2026.

Even if an inspector doesn't get to the property in question, wouldn't the picture uploaded with the case be sufficient to issue a citation or at least a warning? 

Will this case remain attached to the property in question? 

If not, then what possible reason do property owners have to clear their sidewalks of snow and ice in a reasonable amount of time?

I request for my City Council member and DOTI Advisory Board representative to follow up with DOTI on this issue and CC me on that follow-up.
