Colorado Blvd BRT Survey

Hello, 

I learned of a survey being completed by the Congress Park Neighbors RNO.

In the survey, they state:

The Board of Directors for Congress Park Neighbors RNO has been asked to weigh in on the neighborhood's desire for a BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) project on Colorado Blvd.

Who made that request of them?

Why should their opinion matter more than then general public when it's been documented that they don't hold open elections, nor keep membership open to everyone, especially those who disagree with their opinions on what is best for the community?

Requesting for somebody to reply all with a survey that is open to the public that is created by RTD, DOTI, or Colorado Blvd BRT Team.

I checked the website, but I don't see

any public survey that is currently open. I only see a link to provide comments. https://www.codot.gov/projects/studies/denvermetrobrt/coloradoblvd
