Hello again,

Here's another example of unsecured bike racks in the Colfax Avenue Business Improvement District.

This seems to be most prevalent with redevelopments. As such, I suspect this needs to be addressed through Denver Community Planning and Development.

I'm going to try to address some individually when I have permission, but this seems to be a widespread issue.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Respectfully,

I noticed that a newly installed bike rack is now missing from a redevelopment.

The anchor bolts don't appear to be damaged.

This leads me to believe that it was removed by someone. Checking the other racks, none seem to have any type of a secure anchor.

During the redevelopment process, when are bike rack installations inspected?

I suspect this will need to be answered by someone with Denver CPD.

Thank you in advance for your help!
