Why wasn't the traffic signal on Colfax at Garfield relocated out of the pedestrian access route? Why aren't the neighborhood Bikeway signs being installed prior to the intersections with cross traffic and with larger signs? Why does it appear as though a beg button or post of some sort is being installed in the middle of the sidewalk at Madison?
