Hello,
Please identify Elizabeth Street as a Neighborhood Bikeway connecting 26th Ave to 39th Ave through Schafer Park & the York Street Yards.
It will need some form of ramp and connection over the raised area in the center of York Street Yards, unless a section can be removed to provide access at grade.
It also needs some form of bridge between Elizabeth & Clayton over the waterway.
It is a much needed connection for the community to the North of 39th as well as for anyone from the South trying to connect to York Street Yards to go to businesses or for future events like Bike Fest.
Maybe try biking there from City Park to see what I mean...
