I'm observing a number of sidewalks in the Bluebird District that are still snow covered in icy. 

I'm reporting them to 311, but I thought maybe Councilman Hinds could address this directly with the Bluebird Business Improvement District, potentially giving them a stipend to address these issues themselves.

I'm sure this issue exists in other business Improvement districts, so if it's successful, maybe this solution could be replicated elsewhere. 

I'm sure we can all agree that icy sidewalks are dangerous, especially for those who are older or have limited mobility.
