LNK files are shortcut files that display an icon on the computer Desktop or in a folder, and act as a direct link to a specified folder, file or system location. Shortcuts are used to make finding specific files or system locations much more convenient for the user.
QakBot is known to infect its victims mainly via spam campaigns. In some cases, the emails were delivered with Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel) or password-protected archives with the documents attached. The documents contained macros and victims were prompted to open the attachments with claims that they contained important information (e.g., an invoice). In some cases, the emails contained links to web pages distributing malicious documents.
Ich wollte heute das erste mal mir für einen Vortag Musik von YouTube über peggo runterladen. Laut Chip ist dies bedenklos. Ich bin auch die peggo Seite und gab den gewünschten link ein. Dann führte ich den Download durch. Sekunden später öffnete sich ein Gefahrenfenster mit Apple-Bunner, der aber nicht zum klicken war. Nur als Schein. Er meinte, mein Mac hat 3 Viren, unter anderem einen Trojaner und was mit einer Malware. Ich solle auch auf den Link klicken und dies beheben. Das tat ich nicht. Ich glaube das sollte alles wie Apple aussehen, was es aber bestimmt nicht war. Wie soll ich weiter agieren? Vielen Dank im Voraus.
