Dear all

I had a conversation with Shalin, and we thought it will be a good idea if we hold a meeting before Carlo comes to Tanzania, so we know our positions before implementing Carlo's ideas

I would like all of you to suggest the date that everyone will be comfortable with so that most of us will be present at the meeting

I have suggested the dates on Saturdays and Fridays
Saturdays 17th or 24th september and 1st October at 9am or 11am

Friday 23rd or 30th September at 3pm or 4pm
These are suggested dates, I would like to know your opinion and probably for any changes on these dates and time

Dear All,

I have busy in the office, and again was on leave. I agree we need to meet soon. 30th September at 1:00pm is okay as long as its in town, because i shall be in office and will make use of my lunch hour.

Lets set the Agenda, and hope that by then Speciola will have obtained formal communications/ confirmations with University of Dar es Salaam. In terms of preparatory work/ support, i suggest someone to prepare a brief profile for EASEN Tanzania (perhaps Carlos and Shalin to engage and take this forward) and have other members feed into the startegy. This would be useful when engaging with the University.

Thanks to Janeth and Speciolla for keeping things move, when most of us were 'silent'.

Dear All

I am so glad that now we can be able to hold the meeting since almost
2/3 of the group members are going to attend the meeting I believe
Specioza is Busy right now but I also expect positive response from
her

About the date and time I think it is ok to hold it 30th September at
1pm and my suggestion is that apart from additional agenda we can
also discuss some of the Agenda which were not discussed yet,

I hope the time set 1.00 pm will be convenient to everybody given that it will be a working day. As f me the, it is okay.

As regards to obtaining the formal confirmation from the UDBS, I hope Carlo did write to Dr. Nchimbi, otherwise I think it is logical for us to write to fer first before we can expect the formal confirmation from her.

Carlo, did you ever write to her?
