Dear All
I met all of you at the 'Thursdays for Social Entrepreneurship' talk I gave on 13th October. At that event I talked about the work of EASEN and the setting up of the network in Tanzania. I promised to inform you of the date of the next EASEN meeting and am doing so now.
The next EASEN meeting will be held on Saturday 12th November at UDEC at 11 a.m. We start promptly and these meetings are very practical about setting up the network and roles and responsibilities.
You are all invited to the next meeting but please note that these meetings are demanding as require you to participate fully in supporting the work of EASEN and 'getting your hands dirty'. We will be having more general network meetings once the EASEN Tanzania Chapter has been fully set up and launched. For now we need members to form the core group that will help set EASEN up and could involve a small monetary contribution too. EASEN uses an entrepreneurial approach in its own set up too.
To read more about EASEN please check out its
website; www.easenetwork.net and to confirm your attendance at the meeting please contact me directly on sje...@gmail.com - Please make sure you let me know in advance if you will definitely be attending the next meeting at UDEC on 12 November as I need to know numbers to make sure we have the right space.
I certainly hope that some of you will wish to attend the next meeting and be prepared to support the work in setting up of EASEN Tanzania. Please feel free to ring me if you wish to have any further information.
Kind Regards
Shalin Jethi
