About the meeting Saturday

Since Specioza and I were the only ones present at the meeting this Saturday, we decided to postpone it and find a new date for the 3rd meeting. I don't know if there has been some sort of misunderstanding, but it would have been nice for us, if the people who couldn't come would have cancelled.
And since I was not able to get through to Aplha and Mark on phone I have made a document with contact information and uploaded it to our drop box, such that you can edit your phone numbers, if I don't have the right ones.
To find the date of our next meeting I have made a doodle poll: http://www.doodle.com/ft7mg52idwybkpf9. The way it works is that you follow the link and vote for the days, where you have time to meet and hopefully one of the days I have suggested will be suitable for everyone (I have suggested the 14th, 21st and 28th). It is still an option to have the meeting at MS, if that is agreeable to all.
I suggest that we use the same agenda as already planned, but I have added a point about interns to the one Mark sent out. Janeth has already obtained CVs from students at UDS.

Starting a new entity is not easy and I encourage you to press on. Am in Singapore at the moment but hope to visit Tanzania either towards end of may or june.

I sincerely apologize for not showing up personally for the meeting
but I also felt so bad that nobody confirmed attending the meeting
when I sent out the invitation so I thought that nobody would show up
anyway!
I think through this platform we can set up a date convenient to all
to ease the whole process otherwise it might take a while!

Dear All,
I hope that everyone is fine and getting ready for the work tomorrow.
I wish to inform you that Janet has already identified interns who are intereted to work for EASEN and identified an interviewer, (Eric, a trainer for Social Enterprise at MS-Danish) who will help us to conduct interview to have two interns selected. I will also join Eric to conduct the interview on 3rd June 2011.
Janet and I are helping to coordinate our next meeting to be held on 4th June, Saturday at UDEC from 11.00.
Agenda for the meeting will be those that were proposed for the previous meeting which we failed to conveve plus the agenda which Janet has posted on the dropbox and are mainly concerning the interns and their TOR.
Please confirm your participation to avoid the same misunderstandings as those during the previous meeting.

That sounds like a very good plan.
Since my internship is ending tomorrow and I will be leaving for Denmark Wednesday, I will however not be able to attend the meeting Saturday.
But Agnethe (my co-intern at the Social Entrepreneurship Project in MS) and I have made a handover file with the EASEN information for the next MS-interns who will start their internship in September. I am sure that they will be very willing to help out with any activities EASEN may want their help for at that time.
For those of you who haven't seen it yet, we have also made some folders in the EASEN TANZANIA drop box wherein we have put the list of the Tanzanian social entrepreneurs we know of as well as a research paper about social entrepreneurship in Tanzania.

Can I please request you to urgently invite Janeth Gideon to the Easen Google Group as for some reason she is not on this and cannot contact people. She has been doing all the hard work behind the scenes and it would be wonderful if we can support her in every way we can for her exemplary efforts.
