I propose we set the Agenda as follows;

 

• Confirming minutes of the last meeting
• Matters arising/ follow up on issues from last meeting
• Updates on progress on collaboration with University of Dar es Salaam- By Speciola
• Planning activities for EASEN Tanzania (September- December 2011)
• Updates on Carlos visit
• Brainstorm on members recruitment strategies
• Brainstorm on setting up EASEN Tanzania Secretariat
• AOB

 

Shalin may please circulate the Minutes of last meeting, so that all of us can check on issues which we need to follow up on/ report before or during next meeting.

About the date and time I think it is ok to hold it 30th September at
1pm and my suggestion is  that apart from additional agenda we can
also discuss some of the Agenda which were not discussed yet,

I am pleased to know we will be meeting soon and looking forward to seeing you all again.

I attach the minutes and the agenda of the last meeting - by the way all this info is on the google doc site set up by Amos I think.

Can we please do a show of hands if all are okay for meeting at 1 p.m. on friday 30 September. Venue could be the same - Steers opposite British Council? I know that this is okay for Mark, Amos, Specioza, Janeth but not for Alpha. have I missed anyone?
