AWS demo images available for EAS.

As I just mentioned on the Civic Commons discuss@ list [1], there is now
a publicly shared AMI image available so any jurisdiction can try their
own demo of EAS using Amazon Web Services. Thanks to Farallon
Geographics for providing the image and instructions for using it; see
