how can compile geos-3.1

Hello and thank you for your help.

I've already downloaded the GEOS-3.1.0 but I have a problem how to
compile it with Visual C + + 2008 (v9), and after that where put those
files,

Msylka,

I have deployed EAS to windows and to Linux and managed to avoid this task.
I recommend you do the same.

Correct me if I am wrong here...
as I recall GEOS is required by Postrgesql/Postgis,
and if you use the postgresql windows installer,
and you choose the right Postgresql install options,
I think the installer will install not only postgis but the GEOS binaries as well

If for some reason you really do need to compile GEOS, your best bet would be to visit the GEOS site
http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/
and ask for help there.
