I have a vague idea it may be related to the waveserver (Region:1000)
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks.

I wouldn't worry much about that error when shutting down. It some
module is having trouble disconnecting from a shared memory region,
perhaps the WAVE_RING. Startstop should try to destroy the rings when it
shuts down whether or not modules are trying to use them. If startstop
fails to start up later because it can't create a shared memory ring
because one exists already, or if you're seeing old data in what you
expect to be a new ring, then maybe worry.
