Compiling Earthworm modules using IDE

Hi guys,
I'm trying to compile EW modules using IDE such Code Blocks (I need to use it for developing new modules), I'm going crazy with makefile: I can correclty compile by command line but not from IDE.
Does someone got Code Blocks or other IDE correctly running?
