I check the HB in waveserverV.d and .desc. The installation ID is unique and correct. Some suggestion?

Hi Daniel,

These messages indicate that you are getting some data out of order. That is, you are getting data with earlier time-stamps before later timestamps that were already received and wave_serverV doesn't like that. They could also be some duplicates (as in, resends of data that have already been received). What do you see in sniffwave for the same time period?

Also, what is the UV network? I haven't seen this network code used before.

Cheers,

Paul

Universidad Veracruzana. México. The ID was requested properly :D

How i could solve this situation? i sure (almos sure) the NTP client in the host machine (ubuntu 18.04LTS, EW 7.9 version) is working fine. We are using UTC synch, and  "cronos.cenam.mx" is used like NTP server. "cronos.cenam.mx" is the oficial time server for Mexico.

The data is received from other installation (SSN), Any suggestions to improve the synch betwen both earthworm systems?

Hi Daniel,

If the data are coming from another system, then it is the timing on the digitzers of the other system that could be the problem and not anything with your setup.Earthworm just accepts the data that comes from the digitizers but will tell you if they are out of order or have gaps or overlaps.

Do you know what digitizers are at the UV network?

Cheers,

Paul
