no data being sent to second buffer

I am having an issue with earthworm where i am using an export_generic module to send data to a second earthworm buffer. The first buffer presents:

1) has anyone experienced this issue before

2) what steps can be or were taken to resolve said

Hi,

You should first check export_generic log files on both source and destination Earthworm, and see if modules are establishing a connection. It may be a networking problem.
