Jean-Marie:
Thanks for your insights.
I see now that the process works like this:
1. gmew receives event notification from hyp2000_mgr via a HYP2000ARC message.
2. gmew proceeds to run its calculations for all channels listed in the hinv file that also have response files.
If there is no data for a particular station in the waveserver, it is excluded.
If the snr is less than the threshold defined in gmew, the channel is excluded.
Take care,
Hola Branden,
I would suspect it runs calculation if :
- it has response file for the station;
- the station is included in the hyp2000_arc message.
At least, if I remember well, that's how it works for localmag, and I think gmew and localmag have a very similar core (the config files were very similar last time I looked at them).
Buenas tardes.
Jean-Marie SAUREL.

Hi All:*Branden C. Christensen*
Good day/ afternoon/ evening.
How does gmew know which streams to run calculations on? I see that it
reads the .hinv file but it does not seem to run all calculations on all
stations by default (the behavior I am after).
Thanks for your input.
Kind Regards,
