New module: ARC to MariaDB SQL

Hi all!

We have created a very simple new module called arc2mariadb. It just stores ARC messages into a MariaDB SQL database. It is not intended to replace MoleDB nor AQMS. Currently it will only compile under Linux.

Works as follows:

Listen for a TYPE_HYP2000 message, and writes it to a database. It will store:

event_id, origin time, position as a SQL Geometry Type, depth, magnitude, magType, # of phases, standard error, gap, dmin, error ellipse and erh/erz.

If later on, a TYPE_MAGNITUDE message arrives with same event_id, it will update the magnitude and magType field with the new ML calculation. Otherwise, it will just store the Md calculated by hyp2000.

It will also store the arrival phases associated to that event on a different table. Both tables are linked with the event_id field, so you can easily see event phases.

Nicely done Victor. That looks like a handy tool for those using MariaDB to review the output of an Earthworm system doing locations. Thanks for sharing.
