Dear all,
Recently, I updated to SeisComP 6.0. Unfortunately, after rerunning the update-config and restarting my SeisComP system, my ewexport can no longer retrieve waveform data from the Earthworm server.
This is the error message:
export_scnl: <SendQueueLength> Unknown command in <Exp02_CWBSN_20_49.d>.

I've ensured that the expected heartbeats (SeisComp) are larger than the heartbeat send rate (Earthworm), and the messages are the same in both configuration files. But it still no work...
In fact, this issue has consistently bothered us, often occurring after updating or restarting SeisComP. When this problem occurs, we usually repeatedly restart both Earthworm and the Seedlink module of SeisComP until a successful connection is established.
This time, though, it seems that no matter what approach we take, the connection keeps failing. Therefore, I would like to seek advice from everyone to resolve this persistent issue.
Thank you all.
