winston-1.3.13 fails on ubuntu 20

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install winston-1.3.13

When i execute the command

java -cp ~/ew/earthworm_7.10/src/archiving/winston-1.3.13/lib/winston.jar gov.usgs.winston.in.ew.ImportEW ~/ew/earthworm_7.10/src/archiving/winston-1.3.13/ImportEW.config

I get this error:

Error: Could not find or load main class gov.usgs.winston.in.ew.ImportEW
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: gov.usgs.winston.in.ew.ImportEW

can anyone help me?

Hi!

Checking ImportEW.sh file located in bin/ folder, class name is:

gov.usgs.volcanoes.winston.in.ew.ImportEW

Anyway, 1.3.13 is quite an old version. You should try a newer one:
