Monitoring of rings filling

Hello!

Please, advise method of monitoring for rings filling during operation of Earthworm.

Currently it is not clear how to select required amount of memory for rings to prevent their overflows. This is specially actual for embedded systems, where RAM size is not so big.

Is there a module or other tool to do this monitoring?
