Startstop_unix.d: Class/Priority designation inquiry

Dear EW Forum,

Is there a difference in these parameters for Class/Priority in the startstop_unix.d file? 

 Class/Priority    OTHER 0

 Class/Priority    TS 0

Presume both give same priority status which I think is the highest level.
