EwA is proud to be an iNaturalist partner and to support iNaturalist at TEDxBoston! Dear EwA Community member! This Fall, TEDxBoston is teaming up with iNaturalist and local organizations to inspire climate action through hands-on biodiversity discovery — and we would love for you to be part of it. Join this EwA project! From September 27 to November 15, 2025, your photos and records of plants, animals, insects, fungi, and even microbes across Greater Boston will count, provided they are collected responsibly and with care for the species. Together, these observations will create a richer picture of our region’s biodiversity, which will be featured at the TEDxBoston Planet Action Summit on November 15. Kickoff Event: Saturday, September 27 at UMass Boston You can also join the UMass Campus Bioblitz launching the TEDxBoston: Planet Action for Biodiversity project on the UMass campus. On that same day, EwA will also run our regular monthly Fells Exploration where observations will contribute to the bioblitz. Afterward, keep sharing your nature findings throughout the season. Ways to contribute: ▤ Join any of of our EwA-led field events during that period to see your observations counted towards the Bioblitz ▤ Record observations in your own backyard, neighborhood streets, or local parks ▤ Explore new natural spaces and share what you find Check the Planet Action umbrella project for more partner projects.
