Another example of a Nature Circle Activity
Themes: System thinking - Natural processes/cycles - Temperate Regions
Format:
1) Discussion about characteristics and changes of the season + the importance of seasons in human history (from a celebration point of view)
2) Creative journal activity: paint a wheel of the colors that the student associates with the season.
3) Go outside: season specific scavenger hunt (Focus on a few items to find)
4) Season celebration activity + circling back to (1). Example of a celebration activity: Pumpkin carving or apple picking
