Hello EwA Community!
I am happy to share the EwA June Fresh Pond Almanac. Last summer, I was able to work on this project, documenting the plant and wildlife activity at Fresh Pond. In June, it's about the beautiful lupine and fleabane wildflowers that are now flowering at Fresh Pond, and about their many wild visitors. Bumblebees have returned, treehoppers are in hiding on mugwort and goldenrod, and minute wasps are laying their eggs on oak leaves. The birds are eagerly raising the next generation. There is so much going on! Check it out below:
