Synopsis

ā we explain how to document both pollinators and their host plants using EwA's Nature's Notebook protocol (from the National Phenology Network)
ā we brush on wildlife ethics pertaining to the study of insects so that we don't disturb them more than necessary

How to Participate in our Insect Surveys
We need You! - Help us help them! EwA runs different projects for you to participate in and make a difference for our friendly urban insects!
If you are interested in conducting insect occurrence, abundance, and habitat surveys at any of EwA's site locations of your choice (see below): Join EwA (Earthwise Aware) a few times a month to survey insects. EwA particularly focuses on entomofauna (insect life), so that they can compare species occurrences and population trends between sites in the region.
