🌳 Protecting Urban Forests: A Hands-On Biodiversity & Climate Field Session

Our urban forests need you! Join Earthwise Aware’s naturalist teams in studying how land use and climate change impact at-risk ecological communities in our rapidly changing world. This field session introduces EwA’s biodiversity and climate science program, where you’ll contribute to recording bird movements, tracking seasonal changes in flora and fauna, and mapping habitat fragmentation factors such as invasive species, pollutants, and unauthorized trails. It’s an opportunity to develop field skills, engage in meaningful discussions about the challenges facing urban green spaces, and explore actionable solutions—while becoming part of a dedicated conservation effort! ツ
