Do they function basically like a solar PV battery array? Just plug

panels into them? I think somebody said they can last 20 years, though
they weigh a few hundred pounds. Where would one store that? At least
it's unlikely to ever be stolen and not need replacing for maybe 20
years possibly with no maintenance from what I've heard.
